PET label separating machine is suitable for separate label from many kinds of PET bottle or compressed bottle and wash the surface of bottles. The equipment is necessary for PET bottle recycling, which meets the need of removing label of PET bottle. No need of man power, high work efficiency, with good economy benefit and social benefit.
PET label remover operating principle: material is fed by the belt conveyor. There is angle between vane welded on the spindle and centre line of spindle. When the vane is rotating with screw, the bottles are carried outside. Claws on the vanes are used to separate label from bottles. The inside spray nozzle can be used to wash away labels through 60 holes. Then labels are washed out of machine by the outside shower and spray nozzle below.
